It’s always a bonus to be able to sell something for more than scrap value.
Prices are continuing to drop #2 copper is down over 10 cents a pound this
week and aluminum is down another 2 – 3 cents. My next trip to the scrap
yard I think I’ll be doing good to get $1.90 to $1.95 for #2 copper, have
to wait and see.
What do you do with the flat panel computer monitors. Brrak them down or do
u sell them to a buyer? Poking areoumd on the SMF i found a buyer that buys
them as long as the screens are not gouged or cracked. Curious what a pro
like you does. Another great haul. Way to go. Keep em coming!!!
Great video! Co workers are definitely a great source of scrap. I told a
few people at the manufacturing plant what I was doing when I first started
scrapping and people are bringing me scrap almost everyday. Some of the
workers I never even met come up to me and say, “Hey, I heard you take
TV’s, Microwaves, computers etc…” word get around really quick. I have
even had a few workers come in with their cars and trucks filled with
electronics. It’s like Christmas. Lol!

Way to go Kerry! You might be able to sell those filing cabinets (I don’t
know?).

This whole thing with Greece could potentially really do a number on scrap
prices, again will have to wait and see.

Well done!
Making a network of donators (solve their problem) and letting people know
what you do is HUGE-way to go!!! Keep pumping baby!!!!!
Great job Kerry. There is so much money just sitting out there, I tell
people, you just got to ask for it. Have a great weekend!!!!!!
