    Instructions are very unclear. How is the basket attached to the rails?
    Are the rails installed first and then the basket attached or does the
    basket somehow slide into the rails after the rails are installed?

    Susi, thanks for the comment. Our Glidez™ products come fully assembled.
    Meaning the rails are already attached to the basket. Installation is easy
    by placing the Glidez™ where you want it and then marking the spots for
    your pre-drilled holes, and then securing the Glidez™ to the cabinet.

    I have purchased the 2-tier Under cabinet organizer. It indicated the unit
    mounts right or left. It came in the package with the LEFT mount (upper
    basket on left side) and I need the RIGHT mount – with the upper basket on
    the Right side. Please advise how to change it so it will glide out.

    Dandi, thanks for your question. To reverse unit: Use a screwdriver to
    loosen and remove the screws that attach the wire basket clips to the
    glides. There are 3 on each side, for a total of 6 screws. Turn unit 180
    degrees. Reattach wire clips to glides with screws. If there is anymore we
